Description of Service
Easy Menu is a free platform that allows businesses to create and share digital menus online. You can organize items into categories, set prices, upload images, and share your menu via a link or QR code.
User Accounts
You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your Google account secure.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Easy Menu for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful or offensive content, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create (menu items, descriptions, images). By uploading content, you grant Easy Menu a license to display it publicly on your menu page and to store it as needed to provide the service.
Public Menus
Menus you create are publicly accessible. Anyone with your menu link can view your business name, categories, items, prices, and images. You are responsible for the content you publish.
Availability and Changes
We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Limitation of Liability
Easy Menu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.
Termination
You may stop using Easy Menu at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted.
